About Me

As a therapist, I am invested in facilitating lasting and generative growth and self-realization in my clients.  Change is hard and inevitable, and sometimes it is something we choose (divorce, career change, major move), and sometimes it happens to us (loss of a loved one, diagnosis with illness, loss of a job), but no matter the circumstance, together I believe we can work to move through it and emerge feeling healed, whole, and ready to live each day to its fullest.  The reality is that if you want your life to be different, you need to do something differently.  Sometimes the most subtle of changes can make a world of difference in how you connect, contribute, and move through this world.

I have worked for over a decade in the field of chronic illness, observing how it disrupts and challenges those who are diagnosed and the people who love them.  My approach is generally a combination of meaning making strategies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques.  I see myself as a collaborator and partner in helping you get your feet back on the ground and living this day with meaning and connection.

My clients have told me that I am a healer who helps them anchor and see their world with more clarity and help them to move through it with greater intention.  I am excited to talk with you, to learn about your story, and to determine how we can work together to make today look and feel more like the life you want and deserve.  I’m looking forward to working with you!
